Shikumon Reuth-Neeman
Shikumon Reuth-Neeman is a social-rehabilitation club for stroke victims and other people with physical disabilities, aged 18-65, who live in the community. Through activities at the Shikumon members can meet others suffering from similar conditions and enjoy social gatherings - a significant boost to their quality of life. The club offers a wide variety of activities, all conducted by relevant professionals: physical exercise, arts and crafts, physiotherapy, therapeutic gardening, occupational therapy, psychodrama, musical therapy, yoga, lectures, films, trips, parties and more.
Meeting three times a week for five hours, the club also provides a much-needed timeout for family members who spend their days caring for their disabled loved ones.
