Agam Institute
The Agam Institute for the treatment and rehabilitation of eating disorders, headed by medical psychologist Yehuda Ninyo, is the largest outpatient service for eating disorders in central Israel. The Institute provides comprehensive professional care to adolescents and adults with anorexia, bulimia, obsessive compulsive eating disorders and obesity, based on the powerful message: full recovery from eating disorders is possible! Activities at the Institute are founded on a perception of eating disorders as a complex problem, in which emotional distress is conveyed through the body. Treatments include: psychiatric care, psychotherapy, nutritional guidance, psychodrama groups, art and movement therapies, cognitive and behavioral therapies, support for family members and parent groups
